Weekly Bulletin 26th April 2024
Headteacher’s Message
During the school closure next Thursday for election day, learning will be set for pupils via DB primary, with resources given out to children in class the day before. I am aware that families’ circumstances are hugely varied and many will be juggling childcare with work responsibilities. We would ask that you do what you are able with your children, but do not worry if you are unable to complete all of the tasks. The tasks for the day will be available to access on Wednesday night and teachers will be able to answer any queries online during the day. The school closure is not ideal and we continue to press DCC to find alternative venues for polling.
Each week I want to include a ‘snapshot’ of some of the things going on in school. For example, news from our ECO team, Worship group, V.I.P. (Very International People) and SNAG (School Nutrition Action Group). This week our focus is on PE and an update is shared below.
Best wishes,
Mr Rumbles
